A growing Mexican fusion chain that has restaurants in a number of states is looking to bring locations to the Columbia area.
Bubbakoo’s Burritos, which was founded in New Jersey in 2008 and has expanded to more than 150 locations in the years since, is looking to expand to Columbia and the Midlands, Bubbakoo’s vice president for development Michael Lassen told The State. The company currently has restaurants in New Jersey, North Carolina, Tennessee, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Maryland and a number of other states.
