KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Voters in both the cities of Kalamazoo and Portage have approved a ballot proposal to establish a Citizens’ Advisory Healthcare Action Committee or Board.
The Kalamazoo city commission and Portage city council will have to appoint members to the committees.
