Walford, IOWA — The Iowa Department of Transportation plans to reconstruct U.S. 151 between the west city limits of Fairfax and Benton County Road E-66, also known as the Norway Corner.
The work is expected to happen in two phases, one in 2027 and another in 2028. Plans include paved shoulders where possible and a center two-way left-turn lane through Walford.
