SAN ANTONIO — Luz Elena Chapa is celebrating a decisive victory in the race for Bexar County District Attorney, becoming the first Latina elected to the position.
With 100% of precincts reporting, Chapa, a Democrat, received 61% of the vote with 388,364 votes.
