LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — Clark County commissioners on Tuesday approved changes to the rules governing short-term rentals after a federal appeals court upheld an injunction in an ongoing dispute with property owners.
The changes apply to short-term rental licensees in unincorporated parts of Clark County. Incorporated cities like Las Vegas, Henderson and North Las Vegas are responsible for their own policies.
