Eight Raleigh streets are getting a lower speed limit after City Council voted Wednesday to cut the posted limit from 35 mph to 25 mph. The streets involved are Fieldcross Court, Kilpeck Lane, Kincross Court, Pineton Court, Walnut Ridge Court, Yates Mill Trail, Cumberland Pond Road and Bogle Branch Court, all located in Raleigh, North Carolina.
