Massachusetts’ police oversight commission suspended the certification of a state trooper on Wednesday following his arrest on a breaking and entering charge last weekend.
Michael McGuire, 37, of Quincy, is facing one count of breaking and entering at nighttime to commit a felony in Boston Municipal Court Central, according to court records.
