JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Hart Bridge has reopened in both directions after a crane loaded on a barge struck the structure on Wednesday night, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The impact happened around 7:20 p.m., and FDOT said vehicles were on the bridge as well.
