Gish’s Furniture is set to open the doors of its new East Lampeter Township store on Jan. 29, moving its hardwood furniture business into a larger home at the Mill Creek Commons shopping center along Route 30. The retailer, known for solid hardwood pieces built by Amish craftsmen in Pennsylvania, Ohio and Indiana, is relocating from its longtime spot at 2191 Lincoln Highway East into a facility just down the road.

ABC27 also reports the store plans to hold its official grand opening on January 29, 2027, as a two-day celebration that will include a ribbon-cutting ceremony, food, and live chair-making demonstrations.
In the meantime, Gish’s is clearing out its current showroom with a Moving Sale at 2191 Lincoln Highway East, the station’s report notes, as the company prepares to shift its full operation a short distance away.
