An $800 million development on North Padre Island is preparing to give the public its first look at a community developers say is designed to redefine waterfront living along the Texas Gulf Coast.
Whitecap, a roughly 240-acre master-planned community, will hold its grand opening Saturday, Nov. 7, showcasing newly built homes, waterfront features and amenities planned around the development’s network of navigable canals.
