The University of Colorado Boulder will purchase a nine-unit apartment complex in North Boulder Creek for $4.25 million, completing the university’s ownership of the entire block.
The property, at 1395 19th St, is a nine-unit, 24-bed property adjacent to existing campus housing in North Boulder Creek. The University of Colorado Board of Regents approved the purchase at its regular meeting in Colorado Springs on Thursday.
The two buildings currently house CU Boulder students. The main, larger building, built in 1977, has eight two-story apartments, including four three-bedroom units and four two-bedroom units.
