WAYNESBORO, VA (Rocktown Now) — A Waynesboro couple is in custody on fraud and larceny charges related to crimes committed at two gas stations in the city.
Captain Benjamin Lemons says the first incident took place on October 7th, when a victim notified authorities that they had discovered unknown charges on a credit card they had left at a gas pump at Walmart Neighborhood Market.
Upon investigation, Colin Fitzgerald and Cheyenne Hartless were identified as the suspects who had allegedly used the credit card at several locations…
