A new fashion retailer is making its way to Jacksonville’s St. Johns Town Center, bringing its mix of clothing, accessories and lifestyle products to the popular shopping destination.
LoveShackFancy, a New York-based brand founded by Rebecca Hessel Cohen in 2013, plans to open in the space previously occupied by Psycho Bunny at 4813 River City Drive, Unit 113. The proposed store will sit between Alo Yoga and Boss, according to the Jacksonville Daily Record.
The city is reviewing a permit application for renovations to the 1,806-square-foot retail space. David Nice Builders, based in Williamsburg, Virginia, is listed as the contractor, with the project carrying an estimated construction cost of $460,424.
