EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) — Trash and recycling bins could move from the curb to an alley if the City of El Paso moves forward with proposed changes.
Friday, the City of El Paso said the Environmental Services Department invited residents to a series of public meetings to provide feedback on the proposed changes.
