Two men died following a three-vehicle crash early Thursday morning, Nov. 5, on northbound Interstate 270 at Tesson Ferry Road in St. Louis County, according to an updated fatality report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol. The crash occurred at approximately 3:49 a.m. and involved a 2015 Western Star 4900, a 2019 Ram 1500 and a 2019 Peterbilt 520.
According to the Highway Patrol, the Ram 1500 and Peterbilt 520 were stopped in the third lane of northbound Interstate 270 after being involved in an earlier crash. The Peterbilt was positioned ahead of the Ram, while the Western Star was approaching from behind both vehicles.
