Denver’s historic cattle industry will provide the backdrop for a new steakhouse, as The Stockton prepares to open at 4701 N. Marion Street.
The restaurant is moving into The Exchange, the restored Livestock Exchange Building at the National Western Center. Its official website lists November 2026 as its anticipated opening month and indicates that the restaurant is now hiring.
