A blustery turn in the Northeast’s weather could give some communities a wintry preview, with location and elevation determining whether it’s rain or snow.
The National Weather Service expects rain across eastern New York and neighboring western New England on Saturday, Nov. 7, into early Sunday, Nov. 8. According to its Albany forecast discussion, the heaviest shower activity is expected along and north of I-90.
