STATEN ISLAND, NY — State Police arrested a New Jersey man on a felony forgery charge Friday.
Cesar Galarza Martinez, 38, of Carteret, New Jersey, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument in the 2nd Degree, a class D felony.
