FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – On Friday, the Allen County Circuit and Superior Court’s joint Veterans Court program celebrated its five newest graduates.
Veterans from the Army, Navy and Air Force, ranging from 31 to 66 years old, were invited.
