VERO BEACH — Downtown Vero Beach is getting a holiday makeover — and organizers hope the spirit of giving will last long after the decorations come down.
Miracle on 14th is bringing together downtown property owners, businesses, nonprofits, government representatives and volunteers to transform historic downtown into a free holiday destination for families throughout Indian River County.
