COLUMBUS, Ohio – A Westerville woman who spent nearly two decades in prison for a crime she did not commit is finally getting compensated by the state of Ohio. Kim Hoover was convicted in 2003 for the shaken baby death of 9-month-old Samaisha Benson. She always maintained her innocence.
