Boy, 14, allegedly rammed NYPD officer with dirt bike during NYC robbery bust

A 14-year-old robbery suspect was arrested for allegedly ramming an NYPD cop with a dirt bike during a Brooklyn bust Monday evening, authorities said.

The teen and an accomplice were fleeing the scene of a robbery at West 6th Street and Neptune Avenue in Coney Island around 6:30 p.m. – with police on their tail – when the youngster rammed into an officer with his 2021 Zhejiang Koolcnchet XB87 dirt bike, police said Tuesday.

The officer was taken to a local hospital, where he was listed in stable condition, authorities said.

After striking the cop, the teen was thrown from his bike and landed in the street, suffering minor injuries, cops said.

The boy – whose name was not officially released because he is a minor – went to Maimonides Medical Center, where he, too, was listed in stable condition.
