OTTAWA COUNTY, MI – A 4-year-old boy is in critical condition after a rollover crash that closed parts of I-196 near Holland, police said. Deputies responded to reports of a personal injury traffic crash around 5:40 p.m., Feb. 13 on the eastbound highway near Adams Street in Holland Township, said the Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office.
