RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – Richmonders may have a hard time catching a ride on Valentine’s Day because rideshare and delivery drivers are going on strike. Drivers for companies like Uber and Grubhub say they will be driving through the city to protest low pay, and unsafe working conditions among other complaints.
