CHESAPEAKE, Va. – A person has minor injuries after a hit-and-run accident early Wednesday morning in Chesapeake. Chesapeake Police say that they are investigating a hit-and-run accident in the 1600 block of Land of Promise Road near Fentress Airfield Road. Police say one driver has minor injuries, but refused medical treatment.
