The victims told State Police they were watching TV when a motion sensor notified them someone was at the door. There was a woman that one of them knew, along with Winston who was seen getting out of a vehicle along with other men.

According to the criminal complaint, Winston went upstairs to talk to the one man about the woman’s brakes and that is when the one man was struck by Winston, who State Police say had a pistol. Everyone else then came inside the home while Winston allegedly pointed the pistol at the men and threatened to shoot them.
