STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – Sharp-eyed Staten Islanders may have noticed a military vessel in the waters off of Staten Island recently. It’s not something that we see every day. The boat could be seen for a few days as it traveled back and forth along the borough’s North Shore coastline.
