TARRANT, Ala. – The Tarrant Police Department is asking for help from the public after a traffic crash resulted in a Birmingham man’s death in December. On Dec. 17, 2023, at around 11:30 pm, Mark Thomas Bonner, 68, was driving a Kia Sorrento southbound on Pinson Valley Parkway approaching 3rd Avenue when a red pickup truck was reported to be traveling north in the southbound lanes.
