MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – A man facing federal charges related to a murder-for-hire scheme taking matters into his own hands, filing a handwritten motion to dismiss the charges. John Fitzgerald McCarroll Jr., 25, of Mobile, is one of six people named in a federal indictment charging conspiracy to commit murder fconnected to a pair of night club shootings in the Port City last year and a shooting at a casino in Mississippi.
