Remember the shocking incident last month in Vegas where a man leaped over a judicial bench and attacked a Nevada judge ? Well, that wild moment which was captured on a courtroom video that quickly went viral, has now led to the indictment of Deobra Redden for attempted murder.

According to the New York Post, a grand jury in Las Vegas returned a nine-count indictment against Redden, and his arraignment is scheduled for February 29th.

As we previously reported, during the sentencing hearing on January 3rd, Clark County District Court Judge Mary Kay Holthus was about to deliver Redden’s sentence in an attempted battery case when he suddenly lunged over the bench at her. The courtroom cameras recorded the dramatic scene as Holthus’ clerk and a court marshal fought to restrain Redden.
