DECATUR – A drug investigation by the GBI has resulted in the arrest of a Georgia man on charges for weapons and drugs. The GBI arrested and charged Vincent Simon, age 39, of Ellenwood, Georgia, on February 6, 2024, with Violations of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act following a joint drug investigation by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation West Metro Regional Drug Enforcement Office and the DeKalb County Police Department.
