SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — Forbes’ 2024 list of “America’s Best Large Employers” has been revealed and two Springfield companies made the list.
‘This is a tough, tough industry’: Child care crisis continues to affect local daycare centers
According to an article released by Forbes.com, O’Reilly Auto Parts ranked in at number 459 and Forvis—formerly BKD—came in at number 561.
The study, performed by the market research firm Statista, used more than 170,000 U.S.-based workers to determine the list. Each survey respondent was asked to rate their employer and if they would recommend their employer to others. Each company had to at least have 5,000 employees to be considered.
All survey responses were tallied to produce a score for each company, and the 600 organizations with the highest scores made the final list.
