MARION, N.C. (FOX Carolina) – The McDowell County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help locating a missing western NC man. Deputies said 45-year-old David Wayne Worley Jr. is believed to have left his worksite in Asheville around 5 p.m. on Feb. 9. He was then spotted at a convenience store on Sugar Hill Road in Marion around 9 p.m.
