READING, Pa. – Reading Police say three men are in custody and three stolen guns are off the streets after arrests earlier this week. On Monday evening, police observed three men wearing black face masks in the 700 block of Chestnut Street. Police say this is a known high-crime area and arrests have been made there in the past of persons possessing illegal firearms.
