(FOX40.COM) — A K-9 with the San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office uncovered nearly a dozen pounds of illegal narcotics during a traffic stop on Tuesday, according to the sheriff’s office.
The passengers in the stop, both Stockton residents, “showed signs of deception” and K-9 Rango conducted a “free-air sniff.”

After giving a positive detection of narcotics in the vehicle, six pounds of methamphetamine and five pounds of Heroin were found inside the vehicle.
The pair were booked into the San Joaquin County Jail and are facing charges of methamphetamine sales, heroin sales, transportation of illegal narcotics and other charges.
