According to Bake Magazine, 62% of Americans say that breakfast is their favorite meal of the day. And while you can certainly pour yourself a bowl of cereal at home, sometimes it feels special to go to breakfast for a nice meal at a restaurant – especially if it is a restaurant that offers inexpensive specials for Florida’s senior citizens.
Unfortunately, a popular restaurant that fits that bill has recently been shut down for the second time by a state inspection, although it appears to be reopened.
About The Original Pancake House: According to the company’s website, this establishment is a second and third-generation family business. They make their batters and sauces fresh and they’re known for their signature apple pancake -which is smothered with sauteed apples and a sugar glaze.
While they have some breakfast specials for $10.99, they have meals for seniors for $8.99.
There are over 2,200 Google reviews for this restaurant. Palm Beach Gardens patrons give this location 4.3 out of 5 stars. Many appreciated all of the options – even gluten-free. Many complimented the food, although some took off stars for wait times.
