Albuquerque man accused of murdering 73-year-old will stay behind bars

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – One of the brothers facing numerous charges in connection to the stabbing death of a 73-year-old man last month will be held behind bars. Jesus Secatero was in front of Judge Bruce Fox who said that based on the violent of the nature crime, Secatero would be held.

According to the criminal complaint, police used surveillance video and facial recognition software to identify Jesus and Antonio Secatero as the two men who attacked Luis Solis and Fred Tapia with a knife in front of a dispensary on January 27. Tapia later died .
