HUNTINGTON, Ind. (WPTA) – A Huntington County mom is demanding answers after her 4-year-old walked nearly a mile home by himself from his YMCA-run preschool last month. Taylor Meharg says her son, who is now 5, came running into her house at about 10:20 a.m. after being dropped off at 9 a.m. He said he came home because he was not feeling well and got locked out.
