ROCKWALL, Texas – The man involved in a Fourth of July shooting will be held responsible for his actions by being sentenced to life in prison. On Monday, 36-year-old Keith Richmond was convicted of the 2022 shooting after a week-and-a-half-long jury trial, during which jurors heard testimony concerning the murder and aggravated assault of two North Texas women.
