BOSTON – A Tyngsborough, Massachusetts man won $1 million on an instant lottery ticket his mother gave him for Valentine’s Day. Matthew Broadley received a Valentine’s Day card from his mother on Tuesday, and inside the card were two instant tickets for the Massachusetts State Lottery’s “$4,000,000 Jumbo Cash” game.
