FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – She was wrapped in a blanket in the flooded basement of a home on Fort Wayne’s east side. The tragic story of a previously unidentified twenty-something woman who was found dead on May 15, 1992, raised even more questions after investigators determined she was about 26 weeks pregnant when she died.
