I’ve heard of chronic criminals but this woman in Illinois is ridiculous with currently 68 arrests on her record. Going into the weekend, Keyannya L. Simpson from Springfield had 67 busts on her police record. Of course, with a criminal like her, it’s not if but when is she going to get arrested again. Congratulations to this upstanding citizen for not waiting long to add number 68.
