DAYTON, Ohio ( WDTN ) — Those looking to find a job in construction can meet with prospective employers and learn more about job opportunities Thursday.
The Montgomery County Construction Job Fair returns Feb. 15, from noon to 4 p.m. at Carillon Historical Park. With the fair featuring dozens of local companies hiring for a variety of positions, attendees can discover job opportunities and community development in Dayton.

Those who attend can learn more about working as construction laborers, HVAC specialists, CDL drivers, project managers, maintenance technicians and more. Electricians, plumbers and other skilled trade positions will also be featured.
“With businesses and job seekers collaborating at the fair, we can create a powerful network of support that will benefit everyone involved. It’s time to unite and work towards a brighter future for Montgomery County, and the Construction Job Fair is the perfect place to start,” County Commission President Debbie Lieberman said. “We hope to see great participation at this
event as we work together to develop the community.”
