ALTAMONT – A former Bronx man is in Schuylkill County Prison, accused of assaulting his girlfriend, fleeing the state, returning, and running again. Starkyn Casalinova-Perez, 27, of 150 S. Spencer St., formerly 40 Richman Plaza, Bronx, New York, was charged by State Police in two criminal complaints with misdemeanor flight, simple assault, and summary harassment.
