Paul’s Pantry in Green Bay celebrates 40 years helping those in need

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – In the midst of its busiest year on record, Paul’s Pantry gathered on Wednesday to mark the location’s 40th year in existence. Founded by the late Leo Frigo, Paul’s Pantry officially opened its doors on Valentine’s Day in 1984. Frigo retired as President of Frigo Cheese and wished to devote the remainder of his life to helping those in need.
