MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – Memphis police arrested a man after a carjacking in Whitehaven. Officers respond to a carjacking on Elvis Presley Boulevard around 5 a.m. A short time later, officers located the suspect and the vehicle on South Greer. He was taken into custody.
