NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – You don’t have to head all the way to Las Vegas to have a wedding inspired by the King of Rock N’ Roll this Valentine’s Day.
The holiday is one set aside for chocolates, flowers, and a whole lot of love, so it should come as no surprise that Valentine’s Day is one of the most popular dates to tie the knot. One Middle Tennessee couple is finding a way to incorporate Elvis Presley into their big day.
First married in 1999, Jolyn and Steve Underwood signed up to say “I do” for the second time Wednesday, Feb. 14, commemorating a major milestone.
Chocolates, flowers and procrastination. For many Americans, Valentine’s Day is a last-minute affair
“Today is the 25th anniversary and we got married at 2 o’clock 25 years ago, and that’s what time we’re renewing our vows today. We got married in the park our first wedding, and so we’re doing something different this time,” said Jolyn.
“She’s very generous, very affectionate to me, and I enjoy being around her,” said Steve.
