WOODBURN, Ore. (KPTV) – On Feb. 9 at about 10 p.m., two groups of children and teens reportedly got into a fight and one child pulled out a gun and shot another child in the stomach before fleeing, the victim is in stable condition, according to a release by the Woodburn Police.
