Two Albany man facing weapons charges after traffic stop

Two Albany men are facing weapons charges following a traffic stop. Rhaking C. Birmingham, 40, and Zanique G. Browne, 28, were stopped by police at around 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday. They allegedly had a loaded .45-caliber semiautomatic firearm, which had the serial number defaced. Neither Birmingham nor Browne were allowed to possess firearms, the Albany County Sheriff’s Office said.
