The SC Department of Agriculture’s “Fresh on the Menu” culinary demonstration stage takes place Friday, Saturday, and Sunday of Southeastern Wildlife Exposition from noon to 4pm each day. The Fresh on the Menu tent is free and open to all ages in Marion Square, and offers tastings along with the entertainment of watching chefs like Reina cook dishes that celebrate South Carolina-grown ingredients, with the farmers who raised them on stage too!
